On November 21, 2018, Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF) visited PT Nusantara
Turbin dan Propulsi (NTP). RMAF was represented by the Chief of Staff Defense
Planning Major Gen. Dato 'Hj. Mohammad Salleh bin Hj Osman and his ranks, the
visit were warmly welcomed by the Director of Operations and Commerce of PT
NTP, Mr. Triyono.
RMAF came to visit PT NTP together with the Director of Technology and
Development of PT Dirgantara Indonesia (DI), Mr. Gita Amperiawan. During the
visit, RMAF went to the shop and test cell facilities of PT NTP in connection
with the sending of RMAF's CT7 engine for service to PT NTP. Besides visiting
PT NTP, RMAF also visited PT DI.
RMAF and PT NTP have been co-operating since 2005 and until now RMAF still
entrusts PT NTP as the MRO for their CT7 engines. And it is hoped that this
cooperation will continue to be established in the future.
